
Kading called on our marketing company to help build their social media marketing. However, what was revealed was a need to create order and clarity around their brand hierarchy, brand identity and work to improve their brand reputation to align their internal team brand perceptions with the broader community. We established the following objectives with Kading to help them define their brand, manage and improve their brand reputation and communicate the brand refresh to their internal teams, residents, communities, and prospective customers.
Our team worked to develop a clear line of sight for the three company segments (Construction, Development, Property Management). Informed by the research of all audiences, we developed a refreshed brand look and story for corporate, the company sub-brands, and the audience segments most important to their business. Finally, we activated the refreshed brand in the market using both digital solutions, social media, website presence, and content messaging to unify brand perception and sentiment. Overall, this campaign brought clarity to who Kading is and what they offer to the various segments of their marketplace.
