Launching a new product? How do know who will love it if you don’t research it?
We started with intense qualitative and quantitative research to determine market segmentation, product placement and pricing, as well as branding. Our research and creative design prepared the client for the next stage of product development.
Applying primary and secondary research for product packaging, distribution, exploring broker/dealer relationships and food licensing, we developed a full report with recommendations. Then we applied our findings to a full brand development and product packaging prototype.

This family-run company was seeking a method/medium to integrate their brand, industry messaging and product announcments with their client base. Overall, their objective is to be recognized as an expert in the industry for their clients and soft-sell new products and services through editorial spotlights on customers and foodservice vendors.
Implementing an integrated marketing approach, we developed a fresh-looking, publication for their audience that spotlights industry trends, successes, products and foodservice advice for the restaurant owner and operator. Now publishing the 17th issue for this client, we’re pleased that the editorial content of this magazine is used as both a business development tool for prospective clients and a resource for foodservice vendors to showcase new and innovative products.

Ready to launch their company, owners recognized the important need to be actively present on social media platforms. To be able to compete with the big players in the industry, they needed a tailor-made social media strategy to boost brand awareness with a corporate and technologically savvy target audience. At the same time, Life Made Simple wanted to manage their profiles with frequent updates and responses.
Fajen Consulting developed a social media playbook for Life Made Simple and launched the company on all relevant social media platforms. Special emphasis was placed on viral marketing strategies designed to promote awareness of the client on social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Now Life Made Simple is actively engaging their audience and effectively managing their presence. We were hands-on in concepting as this company worked to broaden their brand among the productivity consulting industry.
